My stay at Hotel & Spa Riad Al Jazira was a pleasant escape from the bustling streets of Marrakech. The peaceful ambiance of the riad made it a lovely refuge after a day exploring the medina, though I did find the entrance a bit daunting at first. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which greatly enhanced my experience. Breakfast by the pool was also a highlight for me.

Staying at Riad Al Jazira was a good experience for me. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a lovely retreat after a busy day exploring Marrakesh. While I found navigating to the Riad a bit tricky, the stunning architecture and friendly staff made up for it. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, though I did notice the basic double room felt a bit snug for my taste.

The Riad is located in a residential area, about a 15-minute walk from the Medina's center. It offers a nice escape from the hustle and bustle, although getting there involved navigating through a narrow alley.

The Riad had excellent facilities, including multiple courtyards and a rooftop terrace that were perfect for relaxation. There was also free WiFi and the option for massages.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, although I did encounter a bit of noise from the area surrounding my room. Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable, with beautiful surroundings and excellent breakfast options.

The room I stayed in was quite comfortable and impeccably cleaned every day. However, it was a bit small for two people and located near the reception, which made it noisy at times.

Most of the staff were polite and eager to assist, which made my stay smoother. I appreciated the help with my airport transfers, but there were instances where some staff appeared a bit brusque.

My stay at Riad Al Jazira was truly good. I loved the location, which was conveniently close to the souks yet nestled in a peaceful area. The staff's warm and attentive service made it even better, though I found the breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety. Overall, it's a hidden gem in the heart of Marrakesh.

Rooms

My room was clean and beautifully decorated, with a lovely traditional style. plus, the showers were hot and strong, which I appreciated after long days out. However, it did differ a bit in brightness compared to the pictures I had seen online.

The service was excellent. Nourdine, the manager, checked in on me daily, ensuring I was comfortable. He even surprised my mother with a lovely birthday gesture, which was a lovely personal touch.

I found the location ideal. it’s in a residential area close to everything, including popular attractions like Koutoubia mosque. I never had trouble getting back in the evenings, thanks to taxi drivers easily finding the riad.

My stay at Riad Al Jazira was quite enjoyable, providing a charming oasis away from the bustling medina. The rooms were cozy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, though I did experience some issues with communication and service at times. The breakfast was tasty, but I wouldn't have minded a bit more variety. Overall, it's a lovely spot that offers a unique Moroccan experience.

Rooms

My room was clean, cozy, and well decorated, providing a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day exploring Marrakesh. However, I did find the bathroom lighting somewhat inadequate for my morning routine.
Service
7.0
The young staff were friendly and eager to help, making my stay pleasant. I particularly appreciated their assistance with booking restaurants and even offering to guide me back to the Riad if needed, though I did experience a moment of unprofessionalism from one staff member.
Location
8.0
Located in a quiet residential area away from the main hustle, the Riad is conveniently close to key spots in the medina, making it easy to explore the city. The entrance, however, was a bit challenging to navigate due to ongoing construction, which made the initial approach less appealing.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was simple yet delicious, featuring nice bread and occasionally homemade yogurt, but I would have loved to see a few more local pastries or fresh fruit options on the menu.
Facilities
8.0
The relaxation areas, including the rooftop terrace and pool area, were beautiful and well-designed, providing comfy spots to unwind after a day out. Though the pool area is more of a decorative feature than a swimming pool, it still added charm to the Riad.
